The inspection is comprised of an overall facilities site evaluation and to determine if the wastewater treatment plant was constructed. Permit Your NPDES permit became effective on July 1, 2011 and expires on March 31, 2016. On April 8, 2014 I spoke with Kim, and she is the main contact person for this permit. She can be contacted at 828- 963-3741. Please remember that you must apply for and receive an Authorization to Construct before you proceed with a wastewater treatment design. The permit will expire on March 31 2016 If you have not already done so please complete the attached permit application Form D and submit it to the address shown on the form. Facility Site Review The location of the site: off Hwy 421, go 5.0 miles on Hwy 194 N, right on Big Hill Rd, 1St right on Courtney Taylor Lane. There is no wastewater discharge plant constructed at this time. This permit is held to allow for future expansion of the townhomes, which the current system permitted by the Appalachian Health Department cannot handle. At that time an authorization to construct will be required.
