This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0088340. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". This facility has Zinc compliance issue, compliance schedule expired Nov. 2022. Currently no copper limit. Failed 4 of last 12 WET tests. Due to zinc limit violations, on the day of the inspection Millpond WTP has been found non -compliant with regards to Permit #NC0088340.
