Total impervious area of built-out conditions will be 3,399 ftZ, or 19.9% of the lot. The dwelling will have 2,736 ftZ impervious area, the driveway will have 442 ft2 and the walkway will have 221 ftZ. The total area of the lot is 17,079 ftZ. 2. The topography on the lot makes it necessary to fi11747 ftZ (0.017 acre) of jurisdictional wetland in order to direct water flow away from the proposed dwelling to avoid flooding. Avoidance and minimization considerations included using minimum lot setbacks and designing the dwelling footprint outside the wetland. The only building footprint within the labeled "wetland encroachment area" will be 3 2-ft x 2-ft pylons that will support an elevated deck. 3. Per our telephone conversation on 3 December 2007, the issue of agent authorization by email on this permit application has been resolved. It is generally our standard procedure to obtain a signed authorization from the permit applicant and we will continue that practice in the future.
