Greensboro, NC 27401 RE: Industrial Compliance Inspection Inspection location: Salvage America, Inc. 3001 Holts Chapel Rd. Greensboro, NC 27401 SW Permit#: NCG200500 Dear Mr. Triolo: On July 25, 2017 the City of Greensboro Stormwater Management Division completed an industrial compliance inspection of Salvage America, Inc.. Local regulations permit an inspection of industrial facilities under authority granted by City of Greensboro Code of Ordinance Chapter 30, Article 12, Section 7.1 (C-5). This inspection consisted of two parts: a review of the facility files/records and an on-site facility inspection. The inspection was performed by Tiona Leach and the following deficiencies/observations were noted during the inspection. Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan/Spill Plan Review Site Maps and SWP3 • Evaluate the outfall for non-stormwater discharges annually and complete the certification. Please refer to permit Part II, Section A(1.e). Spill Prevention and Response Plan • No deficiencies observed. Monitoring • No deficiencies observed. Once the results are in, we can evaluate what other measures we need to take. Employee Training • Ensure that all training records are kept up to date and that the participating employees have signed when completed. Site Inspection Preventative Maintenance/Good Housekeeping • No deficiencies observed. Non-Stormwater Discharges • No deficiencies observed. It is recommended that Salvage America, Inc. take appropriate actions to correct the noted deficiencies.
