Division personnel have reviewed and approved your request to transfer ownership of the subject permit, received on
March 22, 2010. This permit modification documents the change of ownership and facility name change.
On the ownership change form you submitted, you noted "the facility will be upgraded for a planned dairy processing
facility." Please be advised that the existing treatment plant was designed to treat influent consisting of primarily domestic
strength wastewater. In order for the system to adequately treat higher strength waste, modifications or additions to the existing
treatment plant may well have to be made. The system should not be operated (i.e. process wastewater should not be sent to the
wastewater plant) until you are certain the effluent it will produce will meet effluent limits. You should also know that changes
to treatment processes and components must first be approved by our Construction Grants and Loans Section before they can be
constructed. Review and approval of such requests may take up to 90 days, depending on the staff workload and the quality of
the application. You are encouraged to plan appropriately to ensure wastewater treatment requirements do not hamper business
opportunities.
Please find enclosed the revised permit. All other terms and conditions contained in the original permit remain
unchanged and in full effect. This permit modification is issued under the requirements of North Carolina General Statutes 143-
215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In' compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards
and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North -Carolina Environmental -Management
Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
Yogo Pure Properties, LLC
is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater from a facility located at
Yogo Pure Properties, LLC
Off Gilbert Road near Statesville
Iredell County
to receiving waters designated as Third Creek in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin in accordance with
effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III and IV
hereof.
This permit shall become effective April 6, 2010.
This permit and authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight on March 31, 2014.

All previous NPDES Permits issued to this facility, whether for operation or discharge are hereby
revoked. As of this permit issuance, any previously issued permit bearing this number is no longer
effective. Therefore, the exclusive authority to operate and discharge from this facility arises under the
permit conditions, requirements, terms, and provisions included herein.
Yogo Pure Properties, LLC
is hereby authorized to:
1. Continue operation of an existing 0.025 MGD wastewater treatment facility that includes the
following components:
➢ Grease trap
➢ Grinder pump tank
➢ Flow equalization tank with bar screen
➢ Aeration basin
➢ Clarifier with sludge return
➢ Aerated sludge holding tank
➢ Chlorine contact basin with tablet chlorination
➢ Dechlorination
This facility is located at Yogo Pure Properties, LLC, north of Gilbert Road, near Statesville in
Iredell County.
2. Discharge from said treatment works at the location specified on the attached map into Third
Creek, currently a class C water in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin.
