On May 1, 2024 the facility was inspected. Others present were Nate Gainer and Robert Pike. All outfalls were observed
during the inspection.After reviewing records and DMRs the facility is in Tier III status for outfalls 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6. An action
plan should be created and submitted identifying sources and indicating specific corrective actions that will be taken to
address sources.
