Stormwater monitoring is performed at the Great Oak Landfill under Permit No. NCG120107. The purpose of
this correspondence is to provide the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for April 2022. Monthly
monitoring was initiated following consecutive exceedances of the fecal coliform benchmark at outfall Pond-2.
Outfall Pond-2 had an exceedance of fecal coliform. There were no Benchmark exceedances from the sample
from Outfall Pond-2 during the April 2022 event.
