This inspection was conducted to determine whether the facility is being operated and maintained in compliance with NPDES Permit No. NC0033685. Mr. Brandon Hughes (ORC) was present and assisted with the inspection. Overall, the facility is well-maintained and operated. The facility recieves little flow as it is only connected to a single building, the clubhouse, which does not contain a restaurant. At the time of the inspection, the facility was not discharging due to the low flow that the plant recieves during the winter months. Mr. Hughes stated that the facility would likely begin discharging again next April. Previously, a dechlorinator was not in place. A dechlorination tube for tablets has been installed into the post-chlorination wet-well so that effluent flows over the tube before discharge. NC0033685 17 (Cont.)
