sedimentation control plan have been completed and approved by the Town of Clayton. Lots smaller than one
acre that are part of a larger plan of development are also subject to Town of Clayton Soil Erosion and

Lying and being in Clayton Township, Johnston County, North Carolina,
and more particularly- described as follows:
BEGINNING at- a stake on the Western side of Fayetteville Street, said
stake being located Northeast 300 feet from the point where the Western
property line of Fayetteville Street intersects the Northern property
line of Wilson Street, a corner with Lot No 4, and runs thence the
line of Lot No. 4 North 40 degrees 25 minutes West 200 feet to astake
in the right of way line of North Carolina Highway No. 1708, thence
as sad right of way line North 52 degrees 20 minutes. East 32.4 feet,
North 57 degrees 35 minutes East 100 feet-, North 64 degrees 11 minutes
East 100 feet, and Nurth 71 degrees 04 minutes East 100 feet to a
stake on the South side of the Street leading from North- Carolina Highway
No. 1708 to Fayetteville Street extended, thence as the southern
property line of said street South 40 degrees 25 minutes East 117.2
feet to a stake in the Western property line of Fayetteville Street,
thence as the Western property line of Fayetteville Street South 49
degrees 35 minutes West 322.5 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING,
