submit the enclosed information for your review and approval of the stormwater management
permit for the subject project.
We are enclosing the following:
1. Two complete sets of construction drawings (folded to 8.5"x 14"), as issued, "Revised
per DEQ Comments", dated May 231d, 2024;
2. one copy of the Stormwater Management Permit Application Form;
3. one copy of the signed and notarized Deed Restrictions &Protective Covenants Form
(high density);
4. one copy of the Supplement-EZ Cover Page;
5. a Narrative describing the stormwater management for this site;
6. a response to the comments provided on April 18th 2024 by Jim Farkas;
