The contractor isplanning on installing some temporary sheet pilings around either side of the live gasline to protect it during the open cut of the Green River. Per our conversation, the contractor had some concern about exposing the existing live line at the Green River crossing, so are taking some additional precautions. This is a sketch that they provided. The sheet pilings will protect the existing pipe, and the bridge will let them string the new pipe and excavate. All will be conducted within the existing permitted footprint— no additional temp workspace is required — no new impacts, just changing the method of installation slightly. I will be able to get you a better drawing for the record in the next few days.
