Applicant: Nature's Own Land Company (Mariners Pointe) c/o Parish Sasser
Project Location: 1500 Block of Oglesby Road, Morehead City, Adjacent to Dill Creek
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to develop a 149-lot subdivision. This will involve filling
existing agricultural ditches that have become naturalized with Coastal Wetland
vegetation. As an amenity to the subdivision, the applicant is proposing a 10-slip
docking facility.
