FRAC -OUT CONTINGENCY PLAN (FCP)
Purpose

The specAfic objectives of this plan are to:

. Pravide for the timely demotion of rac-tests;
. Protect the environmentally sensRWe riverbed and associated riparian vegetation;

frac-out and release of drilling bentonite. and
. Ensure that all a pproptiatee notificMions are made krwrt0diately to the customer,
manneffent and safes personnel.
0411iaig operations will be haUd by the drill rig operators immediately upon detection of
a drop in drilling pressure or other evince of a frac-out_ .the clean-up of all spills shalt
beginimmediately. Management & safety deparanartt shall be rtotftd Ovntety of
any spills and shall be comwitedregarding clean-up procedures. A sf l kit shall be ors -

and used if a frac-out occurs. A vacuum truck and containment Materials, such as
straw bad. shall also be oo-site prior to and during all operations. The Site Supervisor

4.0 Equipment
The Site Supervisor shall maws that:
