The engineer on our team looked at the plans for what was previously constructed during the 2007 phase:
1.32 acres of stone sill and breakwater were constructed. The total length including the breakwater was 2,285 LF.

The previous 401 permitted 1.82 ac of which 1.32 ac was constructed.

The current construction would be for impacts to 0.70 ac of open water for the completion of the sill.
