Dear Sir or Madam:
The above referenced Permit Verification and 401 Water Quality Certification was issued to Stowmac, LLC for certain
work planned on a tract of land located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The subject property has been conveyed to
Watermark New Hanover Ltd Partnership, pursuant to a Deed recorded in book 5202 at Page 1707-1711, New
Hanover County Registry (copy enclosed). The deed undersigned permittee and applicant endorse this request.
Watermark New Hanover Ltd Partnership hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Permit
Verification and 401 Water Quality Certification. Please change the name of the property owner and permittee on the
issued Pernut and Water Certification to Watermark New Hanover Ltd. Partnership.
We plan to record a Plat and Restrictive Covenant in New Hanover County as required by the conditions of the Permit
and Water Quality Certification.

WITNESSETH:
That, Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations to her in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained
and sold and by these presents does hereby bargain, sell, and convey unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, in
fee simple, that certain ]ot or' parcel of land lying and being in the New Hanover County, North Carolina and
being more particularly described as follows:
