The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. The application did not include enough detail or plans to allow the Division to fully evaluate the project's effects on water quality. I also would like to schedule a site visit to the stream in the upcoming weeks to discuss the restoration process and photograph/document the stream and road as it currently is. Please let me know what your availability is to schedule that visit. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are preferrable, though I am more than happy to meet on a different day if that works best for you.
