Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at:

must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
All project that have been approved prior to April 01,2019,under the old permit system,are
not required to take any additional actions.The stormwater permit is terminated at the same
time as the termination of this erosion control permit.
NOTE: The original closeout inspection included an error indicating that the site was under
an NOV. That was changed to not under an NOV on 5/15/24. The site would not have been
closed if an NOV existed,and all the previous inspections documented that the site was in
