In response, we offer the following, 1. Understood, however since the water and sewer permits were submitted for Phase 1 as Windfall Lake, we need to leave the name the same for those sections since the permits were acquired under that name. 2. a. The revised permit application with DR Horton included is attached. b. The requested calculations are attached with the updated calculations requested further below. c. The swale numbers have been changed to make things clearer when we were going back through everything, hopefully, we didn't miss anything in re-numbering the swales. d. Sheet C-21 has been updated in the plan set with the new swale numbers. 3. a. The Supplement EZ form has been updated with the new swale numbers and the updated calculations. 150 S. The swale numbers have been changed to make things clearer when we were going back through everything, hopefully, we didn't miss anything in re-numbering the swales. c. The proposed piping between lots 80 & 81 has been removed. The lot numbers from the overall layout and Phase 2 & 3 have changed. The overall layout was given to show the whole development and was an older sheet that was included. See Sheet C-2 of the Phase 2 & 3 plans. The new lot numbers are 132 & 133. We cannot remove these pipes as they are in the bottom of a natural low spot(see sheet C-7 profile) and we need to get this water out somewhere. 4. a. The application has been updated and is attached. b. The requested detail has been added to the miscellaneous details on both projects. c. None of the proposed ditches exceeds 8'. d The roof BUA has been removed. d There are existing chicken houses, barns, trailers, and double wide trailers on the property to be removed. These are now shown on the Windfall Lake Phase 1 Existing Conditions Sheet with a note they are to be removed. d We could not correct the cell so we have included a note on line 15. d The maximum velocity for any of the proposed ditches is 4.5 fps and the sheet has been updated. d The slopes have been updated to percent.
