The application package for the NPDES permit renewal was submitted to the Division of Water Resources on December 27, 2023. The renewal application did not include the four required Second Species Toxicity tests. In the December 2023 correspondence, the City committed to completing the required testing by the NPDES permit expiration date of June 30, 2024.
