Hey Janice,
Yup so I talked with my Chief and Krysta and given that there is no discharge of fill, in fact you are removing fill and
working from a barge, you are not required to apply for a permit from the Corps. Given that, you are good to go from our
standpoint. I'm sure DWR will have their say in it though.
