Subject: U-5738 screenings lost
On the U-5738 project, we had pipe screenings stored on an existing asphalt parking lot. During the
heavy rains on Tuesday, water overtopped the pipe system and went into the parking lot. The
screenings got into the small jurisdictional stream that runs along the toe of Julian Road (permit site
2). I’m waiting on some more detailed information and pictures from the Resident’s office, and will
pass it along when I receive it. They plan to begin removing it today with a combination of a vac
truck and shovel work.
