This email, in a manner consistent with Table 3 Permit Requirements for Tier One Response/Action,

serves to notify the appropriate parties within the INC DEMLR-that Georgia- Pacific Corrugated's
Asheboro, INC Facility, located at 200 McDowell Rd, received sampling results on March 31, 2024
indicating benchmark exceedances in regards to their MSGP (No. NCG050000). These exceedances
are outlined below.
1. An exceedance of TSS (Parameter Code CO530) from Outfa11011; The benchmark is set at
100 mg/L with results that came back at 2320 mg/L(Sampled: 3/15/24)
2. An exceedance of COD (Parameter Code 340) from Outfa11011; the benchmark is set at
120 mg/L with results that came back at 201 mg/L (Sampled: 3/15/24)
