This review mostly reflected compliance with the subject permit. The following item of concern was noted: • Several reporting and clerical errors were noted in the annual report, and some analysis reports were missing. Moving forward, be sure all forms are signed and dated, all parameters reported correctly, and lab analysis included. Additional information was provided on 5/15/23. Other observations: • A total of 59.33 tons were added to the SDU from the WTP, and 0.006 tons from the WWTP. • Lime stabilization was used to meet pathogen and vector reduction requirements for the WWTP. Lime stabilization was completed on 4/11/23 and 5/7/23. • Nutrient and metals, and TCLP samples for the WWTP were collected on 12/28/23, and 1/4/23 for the WTP. • The pH of WTP residuals was 3.9. • The certification form and sampling summary forms were not dated. • The residual summary forms did not report correct information. However, the lab data that was requested and later provided does reflect compliance with the subject permit.
