On second thought, I realized from our additional information items template that we don't need a conceptual SW plan
when the SMP is reviewed by a certified local government. A conceptual plan is required when DWR reviews future
phases of a project. For certified local government review, we only require that the BMPs be shown on the site plan. See
addition information item below from our template. So, you can remove this project from your review queue.
SW - Certified local Please provide a plan sheet that indicates the location of proposed stormwater
gov't / other DWR measures for this project. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(5) and (c)(5)]

I've been looking at the package we received on Dec 10"' for this project. It is in an NSW segment and the city of Rocky
Mt will review the stormwater plan. All they say about the stormwater treatment is that it will be a stormwater pond that
will discharge through a culvert to a stream. With no information about the type of treatment (85% or 90% pond), the
volume of stormwater generated and the proposed size and capacity, it will be difficult for me to give a conceptual plan
approval. Do I need to contact someone?, write someone? Prepare some language? Just let me know what I should do.
