On behalf of Carolina Water Service, Inc. of NC (CWSNC), please accept this letter in response to the
Belvedere Plantation Wastewater Collection System Inspection (Permit Number WQCS00331) Notice of
Violation, Tracking Number NOV-2023-PC-0507.
On October 18, 2023, Carolina Water Service, Inc. of NC received a notice of violation for Belvedere
Plantation Lift Station #2 after a collection system inspection. Per the inspection report, a notice of violation
was issued due to Belvedere Plantation Lift Station #2 not having pump rail system supports, and
replacement or relocation of the control box supports.
Please note Belvedere Plantation Lift Station #2 has been completely rehabilitated, to include a new pump
rail system supports, replacement of control boxes, and control box supports.
