I just took a look at the Wildlands responses. I don't have any questions. Although I would request that DWR be sent any
updates to plansheets that may be done after a re-evaluation of the stream directly upstream of the project is made
prior to construction (see the answer to comment 1). 1 think Wildlands would do this anyway, an electronic copy would
be fine.
As for the answer to question 2, Wildlands is the expert here and they understand the risk they are taking on.
I will go ahead and put these attachments in LF and make the updates to the database with the preservation footage
that is now proposed.

Attached please find the revised Mitigation Plan Addendum for Little Pine 11, with comment response letter. I have
worked in consultation with Wildlands to hopefully address all of the IRT concerns adequately.
If you need the construction plan sheets as well just let me know. Including that pushed the file size over the limit for
emailing, even after compressing.

Mr. Baumgartner,
The 30 -day comment review period for the Little Pine II Addendum (USACE AID SAW 2009-00591, DMS Project #856)
closed on November 27, 2015. All comments that were posted on the Mitigation Plan Review Portal during the review
process are attached for your records. Additionally, comments can be reviewed on the Mitigation Plan Review Portal
(utilizing the excel option).
We have evaluated the comments generated during the review period, and determined that the provider should provide
a response to IRT concerns, including any proposed revisions to the Addendum, prior to project approval. Once we have
reviewed and concurred with the additional information, including any proposed changes, we will be able continue with
the review process and provide the IRT with notification that we intend to approve the Addendum. Please note that the
60 -day intent to approve deadline is December 28, 2015. Please let us know if you need additional time to prepare a
response to these concerns so that we can adjust this deadline if necessary.
Please let us know if you have any questions about specific comments, this process, or additional information that is
