1. What were the pH's that were reported.
• The pH's were the following: 5.6, 5.0, and 5.4
2. Were these the first pH values outside of benchmark?
• Yes these were the first outside of benchmark
3. Please continue to follow the permit Tier 1 requirements for both parameters.
• Should I follow up with our solution once implemented or the results of our next sample?
