I currently do not have any animals on my farm. Therefore, I am requesting a zero-animal permit
for an individual swine waste management system from your office. My intention is to
repopulate in the future if the right option becomes available. I do not have an expected date for
repopulation at this time. If I decide not to repopulate the facility, I understand that a proposed
plan for the closure of the waste storage structures should be submitted.
