Since it's going to a downstream PS owned by JoCo, and to the JoCo plant, you will need to submit two FTSE's: • One signed by JoCo that describes the downstream PS and WWTP. • One from Pine Level that may not include any PS... but is still stating that Pine Level's Collection System can handle the new flow. I have shifted over to a different program area in the RRO, and I am not currently reviewing Fast Tracks at this time. I have cc'd a few folks in the office that are currently reviewing these so that they are in the loop if this one is assigned to them once the application and fee have been submitted. If you have any questions, please let me know. Since Pine Level does not operate the lift station that our flow gravity's to, Johnston County has filled out and signed the FTSE for the flow from their lift station to the WWTP. Can Pine Level as the applicant who grants allocation sign the sewer application under X.3? Also, Does Pine Level need to fill out a FTSE if they only own a small portion of gravity line between the extension and the Johnston County pump station? Sorry for the confusion on my part. This project has changed so many times I can't remember what you have requested in the past. Thanks, Sincerely, Ethan Averette, P.E. Section V1.2 states an answer of 'yes' to applicant is developer and include DOA. Since the applicant is listed as Pine Level (municipality), please confirm that the Town will be the applicant/permittee and that the answer should be 'no' and was marked yes in error. 2. The provided FTSE has been signed by Jeff Holt, Pine Level Mayor, and not by a representative of the receiving treatment system indicated as Central Johnston County Regional WWF (NC0030716). Please confirm the receiving facility and submit an updated FTSE form that includes a signature from a representative of Johnston County to indicate notification/acceptance of this additional flow. 3. We would like to confirm that there are no downstream pump stations that this new extension will be flowing into. Please let me know if you have any questions.
