PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND NARRATIVE:
The proposed development is located approximately 1,410 LF southwest from the intersection of
N Johnston Street (SR 1175) and US 301 in Benson, NC. The project proposes the construction of a two-
story apartment building with 20, one-bedroom units and 28, two-bedroom units. The project is
anticipated to generate the following wastewater flows:
20(1-BEDROOM) UNITS AT 240 GPD =4,800 GPD
28(2-BEDROOM) UNITS AT 240 GPD= 6,720 GPD
TOTAL= 11,520 GPD
The proposed gravity sanitary sewer system will consist of approximately 53 LF of 8" Ductile Iron Pipe.
This flow and associated gravity piping listed above has been already accounted for in permit WQ0043255
issued 4/1/22.
The purpose of this submittal is to permit the proposed 26.2 gpm at 33'TDH triplex grinder pump station
and 255 LF of 2" SDR 21 PVC pipe.
The pump station will be privately owned, operated,and maintained by Solstice Partners NC, LLC.

After reviewing the Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application for Holly Tree Grove, additional
information is required in order to further process the application. Please provide the following
information by 06/12/24, and note that the requested information must be submitted within 30 days
of this request, or the applicant will be required to submit a new application and application fee in
accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0107.
1. Is this an ARPA funded project? If so,_please include the DWI assigned ARPA project number in
your response. No, this is NOT an ARPA project.
2. Section VI. 7 and V1.8 of the FTA needs to be completed as per 15A NCAC 02T.0114 and G.S. 143-
215.1. Please email me that page with updated information.
3. Send me updated FTA page 1 with the correct email address.
15A NCAC 02T .0107 Staff Review and Permit Preparation states:
• "(2) (e) If an application is accepted and later found to be incomplete, the applicant shall be
advised how the application or accompanying supporting information may be modified to make it
complete. The staff shall advise the applicant:
(2) if all required information is not submitted within 30 days, the project will be returned
as incomplete. Any resubmittal of a returned application shall be accompanied with a new
application fee."
