NCDOT project allegedly affecting their property on Highway 294 in Murphy, NC. They
believe that NCDOT is causing flooding and damage to their property.
Action Taken:
On January 27, 2016, Kevin Barnett of the Transportation Permitting Unit in DWR and
Trent Anderson of NCDOT performed an inspection of the site in question. NCDOT
agreed to do several corrective actions at the site.
