That person will review your application and contact you if they have any additional questions. If we don't have any further questions, then we'll write a draft permit and send it to you for you to ask questions or make comments on the new permit. Assuming you accept the draft, we'll then issue a new permit shortly afterwards, and mail you a hard copy. Hello Ms. Hannum, I received the permit today, it was postmarked 4/3. 1 will make sure it is at our post office tomorrow before the 2pm pickup. I honestly didn't remember anything about a permit renewal until I received your email. Thanks for your help with this! I really don't know much about filling in forms online and sending back the completed forms. If you don't have it please mail me a copy and I will return it immediately. To date, the Division has not received a renewal application. It is a condition of your permit and required by administrative code 15A NCAC 02T .0109 to request renewal of your permit at least 180 days prior to its expiration. As the Permittee, you are responsible for renewing and maintaining this permit. Failure to do so may result in assessment of civil penalties in accordance with North Carolina General Statute §143- 215.6A. Therefore, it is important that you respond as soon as possible by selecting one of the following options: 1. APPLY FOR PERMIT RENEWAL —A renewal will allow the operation of your non -discharge system to continue. You will be expected to pay any annual fees and follow all operation and maintenance procedures specified in your new permit. You may renew your permit by completing and submitting the attached renewal application. I have pre -filled as much information as I could from our records; please complete the sections that are not filled out 6 and double check everything for accuracy. If you need a hard copy of the form, let us know and we will mail one to you. 2. APPLY FOR PERMIT RESCISSION -If the non -discharge system has not been constructed or if it is no longer active, you may request to rescind your permit by replying to this email. By rescinding your permit, all overdue annual fees will be waived; however, if you wish to operate the non -discharge system in the future, you will have to apply for and receive anew permit. 3. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP -If you no longer own the property containing the subject facilities, please have the new owners contact us to request a Change of Ownership application.
