There is much on the plate and I am working in this renewal for Plantation Harbor with good progress.
As you know, Directorship has completely changed and director who handled renewals has moved away.

No further steps needed; we can grant you a 60 day extension on the renewal deadline. Please don't hesitate
to let us know if you need us to supply any documentation that may have been lost during staff turnover, such
as the most recent copy of your permit.

Please also note that if you end up being the one to sign the renewal application, we will need a delegation
letter from the directors delegating you as a signature authority.

Good Morning!
I hope this finds you blessed and well.
I am reaching out to you regarding the permit renewal application for Plantation
Harbor.
The on -site director of Plantation Harbor who historically handled all permit renewals
(Mr. George Radford) has recently sold his home and moved away. The new
directorship members have no prior experience in this area and as a result has been
unable to complete the permit renewal application. I am the facility ORC and have
been asked to step in to assist in renewal process.
On 12-6-22, I reached out to our Washington regional office VIA email and phone
conversation and spoke with Mrs. Victoria Herdt. In this correspondence
I explaining the situation and asked for
submittal.
