Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Dear Alys, I apologize for not getting this application to you in a timely manner. When I saw your email, I was thinking that it was due the end of this year. I submitted the application to the email listed on the application. I did not list a back-up ORC since our Back-up resigned. We have hired another person to take his place and is already signed up for the school. To date we have actually not used the system since we have a small number of campers and do not produce enough waste to activate the system. We also use portable units because of the remote location of tents and activities along with a county approved system for the staff house on site. We will not have enough activity to activate the system again this year. Please don't hesitate to email me or call me at the mobile below if you need anything. * r Tom Lewis 200 Thorn Hollow Dr. Apex, NC 27523 Mobile: 919-815-7603 Office: 919-362-0649 Email: TomLewis@BenchmarkMinistries.org Website: MooresKeep.org From: Hannum, Alys K Sent: Monday, January 23, 2023 11:25 PM To: tomlews@benchmarkministries.org <thomaslewis@bellsouth.net>; tomlewis bench markministries.org <tomlewis@benchmarkministries.org> Cc: Thornburg, Nathaniel<nathaniel.thornburg@ncdenr.gov>; Allen, Trent <trent.allen@ncdenr.gov>; Brantley, Mark <mark.brantley@ncdenr.gov> Subject: [Permit Renewal Notification] Moore's Keep Christian Camp: Wastewater Irrigation - WQ0036210 Dear Mr. Lewis, Division of Water Resources records indicate that your permit, which was issued December 18, 2017, expires January 31, 2023. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP — If you no longer own the property containing the subject facilities, please request a Change of Ownership application. Please submit the completed forms electronically via one of the following methods: 1. For files less than 20 MB, send via Email to me or to Non -Discharge. Reports@ncdenr.gov. 2.
