The applicants have satisfied all of my concerns regarding the project. Please note that the applicants are still under Notice of Violation (NOV-2015-PC-0230) for stream and wetland violations associated with a failing slope. A response to the NOV, dated September 28, 2015, was received by the Asheville Regional Office, and approved in a letter dated October 9, 2015 (see attached). Recent correspondence indicated that the slope stabilization plan would be submitted to this office by the end of January. Feel free to give me a call if you would like to discuss further. Andrew W.
