Dear Mr. Mellor:
The Water Quality Certification that was issued on January 1 l, 2016 for the purpose of replacing Bridge No. 55 over
Pantego Creek on US 264 in Beaufort County inadvertently omitted hand clearing impacts in wetlands due to the
installation of overhead utilities. The updated authorized totals are reflected in the table below.

The date on the original Water Quality Certification of January 1 l, 2015 was also incorrect. It should have been
dated January 1 l, 2016. All of the other terms and conditions associated with the original Water Quality
Certification dated January 1 l, 2016 still apply except where superseded by this correction letter. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may have caused.
