I have a pressing issue in Div 7 that requires cny attention tocnorrow cnorning, As su�h, I will not be able to attend the pre�onstru�tion cneeting for Bridge 281
Peeler Road,
I reviewed the proje�t again and noti�ed that the low flow barrel was not to be ba�kfilled but a 1' sill will be installed in the inlet side, As with the bridge to
�ulvert proje�t on US 311 in Stokes County, will DOT ba�kfill the low flow barrel with native cnaterial just behind the sill �approxicnate 3'-5') to fa�ilitate passage
of aquati� life?
Other than the usual NPDES requirecnents, I have nothing else to add,
