The Division of Water Resources received a Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for the above -
referenced site on August 18, 2015 for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the
Watershed Investments NC, LLC (WINC) Neville Farms Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI)
for Riparian Buffer Mitigation and Nutrient Offset credits pursuant to the Jordan Water Supply
Nutrient Strategy. The MBI was made and entered into by WINC, acting as the Bank Sponsor, and
the DWR on October 6, 2015 and was approved with modifications on January 7, 2016. DWR received
a revised BPDP on October 28, 2015 and December 17, 2015.
On January 13, 2016, the subject BPDP and modified MBI was placed on public notice. DWR
received no comments regarding the subject BPDP. This BPDP is now approved.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your MBI approved on January 7, 2016, the
following items are required prior to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
Conservation easement approved by DWR
Financial Assurance documents if applicable
