The 5,322 should not have been included in an EEP/DMS document because we never funded that restoration phase (II) of the project. EEP did fund phase I which resulted in 40,180 lbs of total N reduction (1,339.32 lbs/year for 30 years). I’ve drafted a closeout summary, found the 2005 feasibility study that defined the nitrogen removal rates estimated for phase I and included the final As-built for the site. The As-built included BMPs from phase I and II, but the feasibility study defined the foot print of the treated areas for phase I. You can find these documents at the link below. https://northcarolinadeptofenvandnat.sharefile.com/d-sb84a31efe2e45218 Eric- I’m ccing you because there are apparently additional nutrient offset credits associated with phase II (reach north of Normandy St) The 2013 report Jeff had sent prior to the site visit included additional removal potential associated with this phase of the project but EEP/DMS never funded this. I’ve done my best to piece together the history and pertinent documents associated with this site. Let me know if you need any additional information or have questions.
