A smaller group of our project team met on January 7, 2016 to discuss the express lane access points for U-2509,
Independence Boulevard. This e-mail is being sent to the larger group of stakeholders so that everyone involved in the
project remains up-to-date on progress. Attached are the following items:

NCTA and NCDOT will be holding a phone meeting to discuss the discrepancies between the two summary maps. On
February 12, 2016, a phone meeting with the City of Charlotte and the Town of Matthews will be held to discuss these
Express Lane access points.
