On December 14, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
dated December II,2O25,requesting aMajor Vari8nC2frorn[heOivisiQnFOrthe3ubjEctp jeCt.
The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The
application is on -hold until all of the following information is received:
1. Confirm the correct spelling ofMr. LanKdOn'slast name. The application lists Langden,
but the agent authorization form lists Langdon.
2. Provide the number of parking spaces required by the Town of Cary and the number of
parking spaces proposed for the project.
3. This office believes the innp8CtS to Zone I of the buffer could be minimized by realigning
the clunnpst2r8tangle inthe corner Ofthe parking lot. Please revise the plan accordingly
or explain why this re -alignment is not possible.
4. Please explain how spills from the clumpster will be prevented from migrating into the
riparian buffer.
5. You have indicated that you are making a payment to a local mitigation bank or in-heu
fee program 8syour mitigation plan, please provide documentation from 8nappropriate
mitigation bank or the Division of Mitigation Services indicating their willingness to
accept your request to purchase buffer credit to mitigate for the proposed buffer impacts
listed in your application.
Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02B.0233, the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested
information for the proper consideration ofthe application. |fall nfthe requested information is
not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable
