Howell Woods is part of the Neu -Con Stream and Wetland umbrella mitigation bank instrument through
EBX. This site is located within Johnston County, within the hydrologic code 03020201.
NCDOT has acquired 3 acres of Riparian wetlands for the use of offsetting unavoidable impacts
associated with TIP's within HUC 03020201. EBX will be debiting 0.474 acres of riparian wetlands to
offset the 0.237 acres of impacts at a 2:1 ratio. The debits are shown below.
