Good morning Gerald,
Just a few quick notes regarding the previous email:
• If you're not requesting a modification to the permit, then there is no fee associated with the permit
renewal application. It also looks like this permit is all caught up on its monthly fees, so no worries
there.
• There is no fast track form or expedited version of the form, so please don't hesitate to let me know if
you have any questions.
• The renewal application must be signed by someone with signature authority. It doesn't look like
you've been designated as a signature authority yet, so a principle executive officer of your
organization will need to submit a delegation letter with the application. Please see the hyperlinks in
the RLAP 06-16 form for more information regarding who exactly can submit those delegation letters.

Dear Hannum,
It is the intent of The Pork Company to renew this permit as is with no
modifications. Due to employee turnover and responsibility changes, there
may have been oversight with the 180 day pre -application period. Mr
Gerald Matthews of the Pork Company will be the lead on getting you the
minimum documents needed to move this forward. If there is a faster tract
form or suggestion, Gerald can have signed and sent in along with the
permit fees please let him know as he is copied in this email as well. If
the Pork Company or DEQ needs any assistance in this process I will also
do my best to help. My wishes are for everyone copied in this email to
have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday.
With Kind Regards,
Ronnie "Geno" Kennedy Jr.

Dear Mr. Villari,
Division of Water Resources records indicate that your permit, which was issued November 28, 2017, expired October 31,
2022. To date, the Division has not received a renewal application. It is a condition of your permit and required by
administrative code 15A NCAC 02T .0109 to request renewal of your permit at least 180 days prior to its expiration.
As the Permittee, you are responsible for renewing and maintaining this permit. Failure to do so may result in assessment
of civil penalties in accordance with North Carolina General Statute §143-215.6A. Therefore, it is important that you
respond as soon as possible by selecting one of the following options:
1. APPLY FOR PERMIT RENEWAL — When you apply for and receive a renewal, operation of your non -discharge
system will be permitted to continue. As such, the payment of annual fees, and any operation and maintenance
procedures specified in your permit will be required. You may renew your permit by completing and submitting
the attached permit renewal application forms.
2. APPLY FOR PERMIT RESCISSION — If the non -discharge system has not been constructed, or if it is no longer
active, you may request to rescind your permit. By rescinding your permit, all overdue annual fees will be
waived; however, if in the future you wish again to operate the subject non -discharge system, you must first
apply for and receive a new permit.
3. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP — If you no longer own the property containing the subject facilities, please request a
Change of Ownership application.
Please submit the completed forms electronically via one of the following methods:
1. For files less than 20 MB, send via Email to me or to Non -Discharge. Reports@ncdenr.eov.
2. For files greater than 20 MB, upload via the following link: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NonDischarge-
Branch-Submittal-Form-Ver2
Please do not submit paper copies of your application. The only physical mail that should be submitted is an application
fee if your renewal includes a major modification. If an application fee is necessary, submit the fee to my attention at
1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617. Renewal with Major Modification applications will be accepted for
review once both the electronic application and fee have been received.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and timely response. If you need additional information regarding this e-mail,
please contact me at your convenience.
