MW-8A was damaged by farm equipment and is scheduled to be closed and replaced by Register Well Co, INC; moving the replacement well 10' due North per DEQ direction 3 Are any of the monitor wells in need of repair or maintenance (damaged casing, unlocked or missing cap, missing identification plate, area overgrown, etc.)?
