I hope this email finds you both well. Attached is our response to the most recent request for additional information. We
understand that there have been several changes to this permit application since the initial submission. As a result, we
ask that you please disregard the previous versions of the plans that were submitted as a part of the original application
and in the first RFAI. The attached documents contain the final stream and wetland impacts proposed for this project.

Good afternoon Beth,

We spoke with Amber about this project last week. An additional site visit was conducted by Kimley-Horn in order to
decrease the areas of permanent conversion from forested to herbaceous based on the NCWAM wetland types. Amber
said that this was acceptable and that all non-forested temporary impacts would not require compensatory mitigation.
Our engineers have been redesigning the alignment in order to further reduce the overall temporary impacts. We are

currently working through the comments and will have a response submitted by this Friday. We will be sure to CC you in
all future correspondence.

Hey everyone, I sent an email about this project last week. So, I was just following up on that and letting everyone
know what has been decided. I have spoken with my supervisor about this project and based on Amber’s second
set of comments/questions etc if the information needed is not received by Friday 5/10 then on Monday 5/13 DWR
will return your application and you will need to reapply. Please let me know if you have sent anything else to
Amber or CC me on anything you send to Amber between now and Friday. Thanks.
