Proposed Tributary Dr. does not extend past our project. There is a reserved right-of--way and not a dedicated right-of--way north of the termination of Tributary Dr. on our site. Please be advised that a reserved right-of--way means that the Ownership of this particular right-of way is still held by the original developer. ,Also, there is a 50 ft. Colonial Pipe line right-of--way carrying three major gas transmission lines within the reserved right-of--way. The extension of Alphawood Dr. will be the only means of accessing the area north east of the proposed creek crossing.
