You do not need additional application to do this, or a 401. It is covered as N W 13. The buffer impacts are fine as long as any areas cleared are revegetated with woody species. (Otherwise a buffer authorization would be needed.) Just be sure that this is what happens and your impacts would be "exempt". The flow line of the pipe structure is completely rusted out. The pipe structure is also showing signs of distortion and sagging. Some minor repair work was done to the pipe structure in 2013. -A 24 inch pipe structure that is also under I-440 has several outlet pipe segments that have fallen off and are in the bottom of the stream channel. -A 15 inch outlet pipe structure that originates in the median of I-440 is also broke and failing. -A concrete paved ditch that originates along the on-ramp to the I-440 inner belt line is cracked and failing. All these features come together in an open area located between the toe of fill slope along the I-440 inner belt line on- ramp and behind Holly Park Shopping Center.
