Once both the Central Office and Regional Office approve the rescission request, the Division will waive all overdue annual fees. However, if the Permittee desires to construct and/or operate the subject non -discharge system in the future, the Permittee must obtain a new permit. As noted in the permit, the subject permit is not transferrable with the land. The new landowner must submit a Change of Ownership application and the Division reissue the permit in their name to release the current Permittee from all annual fee responsibilities.
