outlet of the upstreacn pipe to avoid s�our�in�ision of the undisturbed streacn segcnent post-�onstru�tion?
Further, the Corps is �on�erned that the proje�t proposes streacn icnpa�ts �onsiderably greater than those authorized in the original percnit, As su�h, in�lude in
your proje�t s�heduling 30 days for the Corps to advertise the proposed cnodifi�ation on Publi� Noti�e, The percnit appli�ation should spe�ifi�ally detail the
justifi�ation for the additional streacn icnpa�ts proposed, as we will be required to write an addenducn to our Environcnental Assesscnent,
