Please note that effective October 3, 2023, the annual permit fee for your wastewater irrigation permit is now
$1,160.00. Our updated fee schedule may be viewed at: https://www.deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/water-
resources/permitting/non-discharge/fees#FeeTypes-3150.
And just a quick clarification: this annual permit fee is not for renewing the permit, it is just an annual administrative fee.
Your permit expires in November of 2026, so you'll likely receive a reminder to renew the permit early that year. I know
a lot of people get confused and think that the annual permit fee is the same as renewing their permit, so just FYI.

Alys-
I was speaking with Tyler (Cc'd) in our downtown office, and neither us here at the park nor him downtown has received
our annual renewal invoice for WQ0005426 Falls Lake Holly Point. It is a January billing, so in the past we have gotten
those at the start of December. Can you please send us a copy of the invoice so we can submit it for payment? Also, if it
was already sent, do you have it in your records where it was sent — that might help us ensure any other annual
renewals are paid promptly going forward.
If we need to contact someone else in DEQ for this request, please let me know and I will reach out to them.
